About our Project
Everyone has watched a movie at some point in their lives. Maybe it was at the theatres with loved ones, on your mobile device, and potentially on your television in the comfort of your home. However, have you ever thought about what makes a movie successful? From a quantitative perspective, our project tries to unearth this question: what makes a movie successful? We look at over 600 movies from the mid-2000s to 2021 to determine if a common link defines a movie as successful.
